We restored functionality of the identity services API around 20:41 CET Juding our monitoring we had API outages around 18:35 - 18:50 and a second longer outage between 19:52 - 20:40

At the moment we are observing the situation

We are still actively debugging database issues related to our identity service, the outage of this service is caused a loss of control on our cloud APIs.
