Update:
15:00 : After a long debugging session, we identified the root cause and directly fixed it in place. We are extending our monitoring to cover up the newly identified problems.

Description:
Some individual control plane components (not apiserver or etcd) may be down for some clusters for a few minutes.
We're investigating the cause.
Update:
The issues were caused by slow Pod start up on newly provisioned Nodes during a node rollover in our infrastructure.
All nodes have been replaced and the issues are gone.
