Most Docker images which are used as part of all MetaKube clusters are hosted on public registries at hub.docker.com and quay.io. Since 9:30 (MESZ) quay.io is suffering from an outage which affects the creation of new MetaKube nodes and clusters. (Existing nodes are not affected.) We are monitoring the situation and as soon as quay.io is available again, all MetaKube nodes and clusters will be properly created.
