Control Plane Services (SysEleven - FES) INCIDENT: Loss of apiserver connectivity for all MetaKube clusters in the FES region

Description:

A corrupt NAT entry in the OpenStack overlay following a restart of a neutron server disrupted connectivity to MetaKube control plane load balancers.
