we will perform a maintenance on a list of hardware components at our datacenter location Berlin Lützowstraße on Tuesday, June 6 2023, between 0 and 7 a.m. .

Customer Impact during the Maintenance:

During the installation of updates and necessary server reboots there will be interruptions in the availability of systems.

All customers have been informed about affected systems.

The planned Maintenance on the F5 Load-Balancer in the BKI Datacenter resulted in connectivity issues.

Services recovered at 09:49am.

We did not expect any impact, therefore we are investigating this now.
