Maintenance work on Elasticsearch Instances in Managed Hosting PVC, scheduled 2 years ago

To ensure the highest possible stability and availability of our services, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on managed Elasticsearch installations on Monday, February 28, 2022 (Dev and Stage systems) and March 2, 2022 (Prod systems).

These will each take place within the maintenance windows during the morning.

We will update the structures of our Elasticsearch to the latest state. Customer data will not be affected. However, a restart of the Elasticsearch instances is unavoidable. Therefore, the services will be temporarily unavailable. If Elasticsearch is used in a cluster (consisting of at least 3 nodes), no impact on the service is expected.

SysEleven Stack DNS API SysEleven Stack issues with DNSaaS

Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack DNSaaS. New zones cannot be created at the moment. Resolving is not impacted.

We are working on a solution and keep you informed.

We apologise for any inconveniences.

Update 12:08 : we identified the problem and provided a fix. Zone updates and creation is working again, we are observing the situation.

Switch-Platform Datacenter Berlin 2 (BKI1) Routing on one router in BKI was not working

Routing on one router in BKI is impacted. We have switched to another instance and are working on the recovery.
