Description:

Our data center operator will be performing maintenance work on the data center infrastructure on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, between 08:00 and 16:00 CEST.

Between 09:00 and 11:00 (CEST), maintenance work will be carried out on the redundant power feeds (A-feed) of the cage power distribution units

As part of this work, the power supply redundancy for the servers in this region will be temporarily suspended. However, this will not affect the availability of your services.

API SysEleven Stack API issues in Regions CBK, DBL and FES

Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack API in regions DBL, CBK and FES. We are working on a solution and keep you informed. The outage only affects spawning new virtual machines or changing existing resources.

Managed Platform (PVC) failure - power loss of one rack - DataCenter bki

Our monitoring identified a loss of power in one rack in our bki DataCenter. At this moment we expect that both power feeds entered a failed state.
