Description:

Our data center operator will be performing maintenance work on the data center infrastructure on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, between 08:00 and 16:00 CEST.

Between 09:00 and 11:00 (CEST), maintenance work will be carried out on the redundant power feeds (A-feed) of the cage power distribution units

As part of this work, the power supply redundancy for the servers in this region will be temporarily suspended. However, this will not affect the availability of your services.

SysEleven Stack Designate DNS issues

At the moment we are facing issues with the designate DNS Infrastructure in both regions.

API SysEleven Stack issues in region CBK

At the moment we are facing issues with our networking APIs in CBK. The compute API might be affected too.

We also noticed that a number of VMs are in the ERROR state right now. Some of them lost their network connectivity. We are sending separate notifications for these customers.

UPDATE 12:22: We notified affected customers, where this affected the availability of virtual machines. The virtual machines should be back online. The API continues to be degraded. We are still investigating that.
